Shakespeare on the Move

Shakespeare on the Move is the Festival’s way of bringing Shakespeare to our audience.  The program includes taking scenes and acting and directing demonstrations to area high schools.  Students are given hands-on experience with taking Shakespeare’s words, and bringing them to life.

Shakespeare on the Move also includes the very popular “Shakespeare on the Rails” program, in which members of the company perform short scenes on the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Railrunner train during the month of June.

If you would like to be involved in this year's Shakespeare on the Move performances, or would like to schedule a demonstration/presentation at your school, or learn more about Shakespeare on the Rails, please contact us.

Below you can see additional pictures of past Shakespeare on the Rails performances and follow links to learn more about the program.
